Vintage Smocking Plate/ Baskets for Bishop and Yoke/ 1981/ Ellen McCarn. Condition is Used.
This plate was kept in a sample book in my fabric crafting shop in the 1980's.  My customers would order plates for their projects from this assortment.  I am selling all of my collection.
