Device is functional and IMEI/ESN is GOOD (not financed), will work on Verizon postpaid, prepaid and MVNOs.
Verizon Wireless is prohibited from locking 4G devices due to a spectrum licensing agreement, and all of their devices are "unlocked".
However, please note! Use of Jetpack devices on other carriers requires knowledge of APN settings and how to change them. Also, carriers can use different frequencies - for example, this won't work on Sprint. If you are not an expert, please do your research before purchasing for use on networks other than Verizon.
