Gently used, good condition, lots of life left.  Pottery Barn Kids ELIZA crib skirt/dust ruffle, mint green stripe.  Approximately 28"x50" with a 9.5"drop.  Look at pictures for reference.  Has small rust stain on the part that goes on the springs of the crib.  You will not be able to see this once the ruffle is in place under the crib mattress.  Matches several PBK lines.
