  • Condition: NOS or NORS (?) cap is GM or equivalent, and in very good condition. There is slight discoloration of the Cadmium plating, but the plating remains generally bright. The cap comes with its original cork gasket (disc). The cork appears to have shrunk slightly, but remains pliable.

    Description

    NOS or NORS (?) cap is GM P/N 836450 or equivalent, and in very good condition.  Multiple caps are available.  This listing and price shown is for one (1) cap only.  Road draft tube shown as an example is not included.
    The cap fits Chevy 216 and early 235 road draft tubes that were fitted with an oil filler cap, used on cars from '31 up to '48, and some trucks through '55.  They do not fit later draft tubes with crimped top.  May fit some GMC engines, but the buyer is responsible for checking fitment other than '31-'48 Chevy engines.
    There is slight discoloration of the Cadmium plating, but the plating remains generally bright.
