Mr. Hyde`s, proven to be the top performing brake in 1/5 scale racing for years!
Brake rotors made from high-strength quenched and tempered 42CrMo4 steel (>1000N/mm²), fully CNC machined from billet stock. Widened base, precisely manufactured - prevents wear of the disc seat and the drive cups and leads to considerably better heat dissipation. The discs are perforated for better cooling. Pads made of synthetic composite material containing metal (copper/brass). Friction remains constant up to 280° C; maximum temperature >350° C. Specific wear constant up to 300° C. Carrier plate made of GRP.
Indispensable for racing with perfectly controllable braking performance and high maximum stopping power - dry or wet!
Low wear pads and extremely low fading. Easy replacement for the stock parts on 5ive-T and Mini. On the 5ive-T 2.0 and 5ive-B, the diff towers and bolts for mounting the brake pads are of a different design and not directly compatible with this brake. However, the installation is possible if the proprietary 2.0 bolts for mounting the brake pads are replaced by M5 screws!
