Keuffel & Esser Survey Surveyor's Transit No. 10459 w/ Box & w/ K & E Tripod

I am showing images of a Keuffel & Esser Co. transit No. 10459 in the original marked box and also with it is the tripod and it also is marked Keuffel & Esser Co.  The scope goes in and out very good.  The round glass measures 3 3/4" outside and where the needle goes is 3 1/2".  When pulled all the way out the scope is 12" and when closed it is 11".  It does focus but I do not see any cross hairs.  The compass needle works. It has the levels that turn and they have good vials.  Also the numbers on the glass section are the N emblen then a E S W wording Keuffel & Esser Co. and the number 10459.  Also on the unit are three patent numbers: Dec. 1, .89' Aug 12 '90; and May 6 '91.    It has the brass cap, one extension, and the plate to screw it on to sit on while off the tripod and used.  The box is very nice and has the tag on the front with wording:  Keuffel & Esser Co. New York, Chicago, St. Louis,. San Francisco No. 104.59.  On inside of lid is a tag that looks to be bone with Keuffel & Esser Co. New York, St. Louis, Chicago, San Francisco.  /the box measures 13" x 8" x 5 1/4".  It has the strap.  There is no key.  The legs are 59"with cap on.  The thread opening is 1 3/8".  Shipping will be in two boxes one for the transit and one for the legs.  Buyer to pay .00 for shipping in USA.  Email with questions.  NO INTERNATIONAL BIDDING.
