Arcade gaming token. According to an on-line resource "Fun-N-Games Arcade" was located in Memphis, TN during the 1980's (arcadetoken.net.)
Estate item from my Aunt's non-smoking home:

Reverse:
FUN-N-GAMES Game Token No Cash Value
Edge: Smooth
Note some tarnish on the brass: see top edge "Game Token" area obverse, first ray of upper fan reverse. Tarnish is a little heavier than I'm able to capture in pictures.
No cuts, bending or obvious damage.
No idea how this token came into my Aunt's possession (she wasn't an arcade gamer! - and to my knowledge was never in Memphis) except that she worked in a bank; perhaps someone tried to pass this off as a real coin!!
