Eliwel Riding Pants/ Riding Jodpher

Riding pants with full seat.  Materiel is a very sturdy stretch, this is a well made riding pant, but I am not able to find out anything on the brand.  Has been lightly used, still lots of use in them.  Pant legs have a stirrup strap on them with elastic to put under shoe or boot. Not sure of the size but calling it a small, the picture of the tag may be helpful.  If I hold the waist out it will measure 29", see picture is 14.5 across the front.  Inseam is 31 inches. The waist is cut down in the front, taller in the back. Front zipper pocket.
