    Description

    From a closed instrument shop I got this uncompleted old, big  tuba with 4 rotary valves and a garland. Someone wrote "CCB 481 40" on it, (by hand) so I belive, that it is a Cerveny Instrument. It never was finished, the trigger section is missing and it is not polished. I  found 3 or 4 very small dents,  maybe that was the reason why it was not completed?   Size of the horn is approx. 37,5 inch/94cm. The bell meassures 15 3/4inch/40 cm. The tubing from mouthpice to bell meassures aprox.535cm/ 211inches. The valves are moveable. All slides are moving. (of course, as it is new) The instrument needs to be completed, repaired and finished by a professional. Insured shipping to USA or Canada amounts to $ 99. (big and heavy!!)
